A Message from Our Founder, Aik Nam San (Mr Hao)
“I’m happy to have found a meaningful job to pass time,” he once said — but to the thousands he helped, it meant much more.More than 20 years ago, Mr Hao worked as a form writer at ICA Building. This transited to a small form-filling service at a void deck in Jalan Besar. What started as a way to help non-English speaking foreigners understand official paperwork grew into a trusted consultancy known for its heart and honesty. He believed that no one should feel lost when dealing with important documents — and whether it meant waiving fees for those in need or personally accompanying clients to hand in their forms, he served with kindness, integrity, and purpose. Today, that same spirit lives on in ANS. The business he built not only earned the trust of a growing community — it also inspired his daughter to carry on the work.
